Job Summary

We are looking for a strong Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud P2P and supply chain modules. The ideal candidate will act as an SME, drive solution roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership across supply chain processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Oracle Supply Chain SME and drive roadmaps for end-to-end business solutions.
  • Work across levels of IT as a liaison and subject matter expert.
  • Lead major functional areas including Sourcing, Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, and P2P processes.
  • Understand end-to-end Procure-to-Pay flows and integrations across value chain processes.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to define architectural standards and ensure compliance.
  • Build and deliver analytics and reporting for management decision-making.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex functional and technical issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements.
  • Drive architecture best practices across IT teams.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years in software development, solution delivery, and digital technology roadmaps.
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud P2P modules:
    • Procurement
    • Inventory
    • Cost Accounting
    • Integrations
    • SQL/PLSQL
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SaaS/PaaS, integrations, and BI analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain functional capabilities and Product Master Data Management (highly preferred).
  • Experience with JumpRF SmartOracle Mobile Inventory (highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of RPA, AI/ML, and working with large datasets for trend analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Visio, and documentation tools.
  • Experience working with Developers, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers.
  • Ability to lead design reviews, gather end-to-end requirements, and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
