Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain a Python-based AI chatbot solution.
  • Integrate the chatbot with Microsoft Entra ID for secure user authentication and access control.
  • Connect the chatbot to Confluence to surface knowledge base content and assist users before creating tickets.
  • Implement integration with our help desk/ticketing platform (Zoho ServiceDesk Plus).
  • Ensure chatbot usability, scalability, and reliability for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Collaborate with IT, support, and knowledge management teams to optimize workflows and improve end-user experience.
  • Maintain best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
