Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analysis Architect to conduct requirements analysis and oversee data management for the Sage and Agate Grant Management systems. 
 
Must have: 
  •  Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into clear data architecture strategies.
  • Design and oversee backend data structures, including form creation and data flow management.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of backend data management processes to identify gaps and optimize performance.
  • Manage and maintain document repositories; ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Utilize AWS services to manage data links and support secure, scalable data solutions.
  • Perform advanced data analysis, including fiscal year longitudinal trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Automate manual processes currently tracked via CSV and spreadsheets; design and implement future-state reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to define and execute reporting automation strategies.
  • Preferred:Work with ICD codes, tech files, SaaS platforms, and run complex queries to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure all solutions align with organizational goals and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
Required Skills: 
      • Experience with grant management systems (Sage/Agate)

      • 10+ years of experience in a data architecture or systems planning role

      • Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions

      • Proven track record of designing practical solutions using existing systems

      • Comfortable working with data concepts and systems, with a focus on strategy and planning

      • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

    • Advanced knowledge of data integration and analytics tools
