Job Description: 

Project Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

Oversee release schedules and manage change requests effectively.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with healthcare business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication and expectation management across departments.

Solution Design & Quality Assurance

Collaborate with architects and developers to design scalable Salesforce solutions tailored for healthcare workflows (e.g., patient engagement, care coordination).

Implement rigorous testing and validation processes to ensure data security and HIPAA compliance.

Team Leadership

Manage in-house consultants and external vendors, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Provide mentorship and professional development to team members.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to healthcare data privacy standards and Salesforce security protocols.

Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Client & Vendor Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce delivery within the organization.

Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external partners for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience in Salesforce project delivery within healthcare or life sciences.
