Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ETL QA Lead to oversee ETL testing, data validation, and quality assurance efforts across complex data integration environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and high-quality ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute ETL testing across multiple data sources and target systems

• Perform data validation, data quality checks, and root-cause analysis

• Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and documentation

• Work closely with ETL developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders

• Validate data transformations, mappings, and workflows

• Ensure compliance with QA best practices and process standards

• Support defect tracking, resolution, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on ETL Testing experience

• Experience testing data pipelines and transformation logic

• Solid understanding of SQL, data models, and relational databases

• Ability to identify ETL defects and validate data across systems

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Experience in leading QA efforts or mentoring team members

Nice to Have:

• Experience with any ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, etc.)

• Experience in Agile environments

• Experience working with large datasets
