  • Responsible for day-to-day support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (SP IIQ) and its related processes
  • Monitor performance of SP IIQ to minimize disruption
  • Respond to issues in a timely manner and arrive to resolutions within internal SLA s
  • Maintain, update and develop workflows within SP IIQ for Joiner/Mover/Leaver and access certification
  • Responsible to manage Administration functionality of the Sailpoint such as loading data, create roles, create policies, scheduling tasks and certifications and reports
  • Perform all testing aspects in UAT environment prior to any release in Production
  • Perform all checks during and post production releases
  • Develop and maintain procedures and documentation related to the configurations of SP IIQ
  • Responsible for integration of new applications into the automated user entitlement review process.
