Job Details:

  • 7 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of major solution architecture contributions in a large enterprise
  • Experience with agile Development (Scrum Practice).
  • Implementation knowledge of Salesforce Products financial services cloud and APIs.
  • Proven ability to deliver on commitments.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (application design architecture and development using Salesforce.com) certification preferred.
  • Very strong leadership and influence skills - demonstrated ability to influence program partners to meet project and program objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing deep business knowledge of Salesforce Lightning to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement.
  • Comfortable in High level business discussions with customers and other stakeholders.
  • Point of Contact for Customer Executives and Offshore team.
  • Lead the implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the architecture designs and solution strategy.
  • Gathering and transforming business needs and requirements and communicating back to offshore team.
  • Builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to adoption of the best solution.
  • Assists in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.
  • Make sure the solution is built for the long-term and can take a company from one customer to one million customers seamlessly.

Recommended:

  • 4+ years of experience working as a Salesforce developer
  • 2+ years of experience on Community Portal, Mobile Publisher and AppExchange evaluation/ installation solutions.
  • Excellent communication & written skills.
  • Experience with service industry & CRM implementation
