Android App Developer Support
Overall Responsibilities:
Help debug and triage issues that are reported by Android developers.
Understand Android technologies (i.e. API, SDK, Java, Relevant hardware) and identify the root cause of the reported issues.
Resolve technical issues at root cause: Identify and document bugs and feature requests affecting developers; implement effective solutions to their problems along business-appropriate timelines.
Top 3 Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot, identify the root cause and possible solutions for technical issues that are reported by Android app developers.
2. Analyze the patterns of issues and effectively communicate that with internal stakeholders.
3. Professionally communicate with external teams about the root cause and solutions of the issues.
