Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and manage the Lakehouse product roadmap with stakeholders including Finance, Risk, Compliance along with business areas and Operations
  • Oversee execution in partnership with engineering and architecture teams
  • Align roadmap with business goals, technical feasibility, and stakeholder need
  • Define data sourcing and control strategies to meet business and consumer needs
  • Ensure alignment with governance, compliance, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Functional Data Offices and technology teams to ensure secure, high-quality, and well-documented data pipelines
  • Partner with data providers to determine how to meet data requirements
  • Enable the decommissioning of egacy data platforms through migration planning and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Develop onboarding experiences, training programs, and documentation to support adoption

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Data Product Management experience in a major financial institution
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering data products
  • Proven success delivering complex Change Management projects 
  • Knowledge of asset classes such as loans, SFTs, deposits 
  • Deep understanding of Lakehouse architectures, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance principles
  • Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Delta Lake, or similar
  • Deep understanding of Data Governance principles, tools, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Financial Products, Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting (e.g., BCBS 239, RWA, CCAR, Liquidity)
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and drive collaboration across diverse teams
